Contact Center Account Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Contact Center Account Supervisor to join our team in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world class leadership to a group of highly dedicated Customer Service Consultants and Sales Representatives, with a goal to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, whilst meeting service level agreements and objectives.
More specifically, as a Contact Center Account Supervisor, you will:
- Monitor Contact Center’s daily operation to ensure adherence to quality standards and SLA’s;
- Oversee operation, analyze contact center’s statistics, evaluate key performance indicators and identify development opportunities;
- Ensure Contact Center is meeting all corporate and client expectations in all areas of performance, quality and compliance;
- Ensure teams understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies; and
- Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports.
To be considered you should have:
- Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English;
- Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus;
- Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills;
- A results-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure; and
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and social media.
